Our vertically-integrated Guangdong plant runs extrusion, retort, filling, labelling and palletising for every SKU we ship. Here is what that means for buyers.

Production

Dedicated lines for konjac, chilled ready meals, high-protein rice, tofu and sauces. Ambient and chilled.

Konjac and shirataki extrusion. Wet and dry noodle and rice formats, thin, flat, rice-shape and pot. Ambient, water-packed or retort.

Chilled and retort ready meals. Asian noodle bowls, Italian sauces and curries. Chilled with up to 90 days shelf life, or 12-month ambient via retort sterilisation.

High-protein rice. Konjac-and-rice-flour blend at 20g protein per 100g with 10.7g fibre, gluten-free and vegan. Ambient 110g Power Rice pots (Chicken, Beef, Vegetable) ready in 2 minutes, plus 500g plain pouches.

Tofu and plant-based. Vacuum-packed chilled and marinated tofu across multiple flavour profiles.

Sauces and sweeteners. Hot-fill table sauces and powdered sugar alternatives (erythritol and monk fruit blends).

SALSA approved, Bedford, UK

Our Bedford chilled ready-meal site is SALSA approved under our UK sister company, Havant Foods Ltd. Chilled ready meals with up to 90 days shelf life. Independently listed on the SALSA public directory.

BRC Global Standard, konjac production (A+)

Our Guangdong konjac site (trading as Huizhou Wangjia Food Co.) holds BRC Global Standard Food Safety Issue 9 at Grade A+ (certificate C593415, issued by DNV Business Assurance Italy). Covers konjac noodle, knot and rice production.

IFS Food Higher Level, konjac production

Our Guangdong site also holds IFS Food Version 8 at Higher Level, scoring 95.72% with IFS Star status (certificate C593416, issued by DNV Business Assurance Italy).

Soil Association organic, licensed

NAH Foods LTD holds a Soil Association organic licence for relevant lines. Current certificate copies are sent once your product scope is confirmed.

Allergen and free-from controls

Allergen management runs under SALSA and BRC frameworks, with dedicated runs and validation swabs retained per batch. Gluten-free production at our Guangdong site is separately BRC certified under gluten-free scope.

Further schemes, on request

Halal, kosher, SMETA and country-specific registrations can be arranged per programme. Confirm your requirement at RFQ stage.

Commercial terms

FOB, CIF, DDP. Payment from 30% deposit and 70% against BL, up to L/C at sight for established accounts.
